Sweet Heat Spicy Breakfast Scramble

A fiery yet sweet breakfast scramble packed with flavor, perfect for starting your day with a kick!


Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk (or plant-based alternative)
  • 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • ½ cup diced bell peppers (red & yellow)
  • ½ cup chopped onions
  • ½ cup cooked breakfast sausage or plant-based alternative
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ cup Hellhound Sauces Sweet Heat
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Whisk Eggs: In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

2. Sauté Veggies: Heat butter or oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onions and bell peppers, cooking until soft (about 3 minutes).

3. Cook Protein: Add sausage (or plant-based alternative) and smoked paprika. Stir until heated through.

4. Scramble It: Pour in the egg mixture, letting it set slightly before gently stirring.

5. Add the Heat: Drizzle Hellhound Sauces Sweet Heat over the eggs and mix in.

6. Melt Cheese: Sprinkle shredded cheese over the scramble and let it melt.

7. Garnish & Serve: Remove from heat, top with fresh cilantro, and enjoy!
