Aztec Gold Fire-Grilled Chicken Thighs

These fire-grilled chicken thighs get a rich, smoky kick from HellBound Sauces’ Aztec Gold Rub—a deep blend of chili peppers, cumin, roasted garlic, and citrusy lime crystals. A nod to ancient Mesoamerican flavors, this easy BBQ recipe is perfect for weeknight grilling or weekend feasts.
Ingredients:
  • 2 lbs bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup HellBound Sauces Aztec Gold Rub
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional for caramelization)
  • Chopped fresh cilantro (for garnish)
  • Lime wedges (for serving)
Instructions:
1. Prep the Chicken
Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels. In a bowl, toss them with olive oil, lime juice, and Aztec Gold Rub until fully coated. For extra flavor, marinate 2–4 hours (or overnight).
2. Grill Time
